When purchasing Distance Reiki, you will receive an email within 24 hours with an attachment for you to complete your details, we will request before your appointment of any (if any) areas that you would like me to focus the treatment on and a list of available appointment dates. In the email will be a request a photograph of you, with details of name, age, location and where you will plan to receive your treatment as this helps me to picture & connect with you strongly for the Reiki to flow direct to you if we haven’t met in person before. Sometimes with salt tealight holders they may display symptoms such as sweating or leaking! This is completely normal and a sign of genuine Himalayan salt, it is usually caused by humid conditions. It is recommended having the tealight holder on a small tray/dish to catch any "salt leaks". If this occurs with your tealight holder leave in sunlight for a few hours and brush off any excess crystals. Or alternatively, gently wipe with a dry cloth.

Crystal stuff!
☆ Each crystal is authentic & selected for its quality & purpose
☆ Crystals are cleansed with Palo Santo before being added to the candle.
☆ Crystals are natural & therefore may vary slightly in colour, size & shape.
☆ Once all the wax has burned away the crystals can be removed using hot water.

Now for the safety stuff!
☆ Do NOT burn candle unattended.
☆ Keep away from flammable objects or anything that can catch fire
☆ Keep out of reach of children & animals
☆ Trim wick to 5mm before lighting
☆ Burn candle on a level, fire resistant surface
☆ Keep burning candle away from any drafts/fans
☆ Candle container will get HOT. Do NOT handle candle container until the wax has cooled.
☆ Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
☆ Do not burn candle all the way to the bottom. Stop when 1/2 inch of wax remains
☆ For candles that contain salt/flower/scent/crystals - if the flame burns too high or too close to the container extinguish immediately but NOT with water!

Quartz Geodes once broken are super attractive & have the energies of quartz which is said to be calming, cleansing & healing.
